What kind of space qualifies?
Any established local commercial business with temporarily idle space under 1,000 sqft. Outdoor yards, indoor bays, back rooms, fenced sections. You must own the property or hold a lease with sublicensing rights.
How long does my space need to be available?
Minimum one month. You declare your available window. Customers book within that window. When your window closes your space is fully yours again with no obligation to re-list.
Who are the customers?
Other local businesses — contractors, distributors, businesses in facility transitions, growing small businesses. Every customer is vetted by Bloc before being matched to your space. You see their business category and what they are storing before approving.
Does this affect my existing insurance?
